1. Drop Off and Pick Up Service - Bring your tower to me and then pick it up after the services have been completed. All you pay for is the repairs cost, which is not charged by the hour!
2. Home Collection and Delivery Service - Arrange for your computer to be collected and delivered (this includes dismantling and reassembling your computer for you), this will incur a charge of £25.00 and will include setting up your Internet and printers.
3. PC Call-Out Service - I will make an available date with you to visit your house and carry out the services, this will incur a charge of £25.00 per hour.

PLEASE NOTE

• Before I am able to give you a quote I will need to see your computer, because each repair is different.
• I guarantee to provide the best possible service for you.
• Home visits are charged by the hour, but repairs carried out at my base are not charged by the hour and the costs are considerably less. For example to reset your computer to its factory defaults (like new), the charge is £40.00. To copy your data and make a backup DVD an additional charge of £15.00 is incurred. It takes an average of 8 hours to restore your computer and install security tools that will keep your computer safe. A home visit would cost you £ 200.00 @ £25.00ph and that is not including the data backup procedure! At your home visit I will advise you after I have inspected your computer if I think the repair will take longer than 2 hours.
• You will be told beforehand how much to expect your repair to cost and I will not exceed the expected price without first consulting you.
• We operate a speedy repair service so you are not left without your computer for a long period of time.
• Currently I do not provide a service for MAC computers.
